Beauty powerhouse Lancôme is well-known for their cool collaborations with cutting-edge fashion designers, like the 2013 Lancôme x Jason Wu collaboration and the 2015 Lancôme x Anthony Vaccarello collection.

So it tracks that the beauty house would tap cool kids Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez of cult label Proenza Schouler for their next limited edition make-up collaboration.

Launching in September 2018, the limited-edition make-up collection promises to be, according to a press statement, "...a reflection of the boldness and modernity that drive these two creators." McCollough and Hernandez are renowned for drawing their inspiration from painters such as Carmen Herrera and Ellsworth Kelly, which when translated to make-up will mean a striking, colourful collection of cosmetics.

"Lancôme has always represented the epitome of luxury beauty products, so it is like a dream come true to be able to collaborate with such an iconic and historic brand," Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, co- founders and designers of Proenza Schouler said in the statement.

The Lancôme x Proenza Schouler make-up collection will be available at Lancôme counters in September 2018.
